The Downtown Carlisle Association is proud to host the 42nd Annual Harvest of the Arts festival on Saturday, September 28th from 10am-5pm. OVER 100 EXHIBITORS will be setup along West High Street in downtown Carlisle, including Fine Art, Crafts, Jewelry, Woodworking, Photography, Pottery and so much more. Enjoy the Kids Alley, a display of European Sports Cars, Festival Food and Live Music throughout the day. We also encourage you to support the many local merchants in our beautiful, historic downtown. This event is sponsored by M&T Bank.
