Join for a morning weekday hike & play at Thronwald Park Trail Loop. This is an easy .7 mile loop. Option to loop twice or enjoy playtime in the lawn.

Mindful Mamas Adventure Club is meetup group in central PA offering family friendly hikes, workshops, and excursions.
All weekly hikes and monthly excursions are open to all caregivers & kids, as well as all women (with or without kids) *unless otherwise noted
Caregivers = moms, dads, grandparents, aunties, uncles, nannies, etc.
*unless otherwise noted: some workshops and excursions may be geared towards women and/or moms only
