Attention Central PA: Cancel your other plans, reschedule your side quests, and make room in your snack schedule, because something EPIC is happening on May 25th. Funko Joe is turning 45—and they’re throwing a birthday party that’s one part comic con, one part backyard BBQ, and one part full-blown nostalgia explosion.
And yes, there will be hot dogs. And Pokémon. And actual Ghostbusters. Like, with proton packs and everything.
🎈 What’s Happening:
It’s not just a birthday. It’s a Birthday Bash Weekend with more geeky joy than a vending machine full of rare Funkos. Swing by and celebrate the 45th birthday of one very cool comic-loving human (we assume their superpower is generosity, because… FREE STUFF).
Expect:
- 🌭 Free hot dogs, chips, and sodas
- 🎨 Free face painting for kids
- 👻 The Central Pennsylvania Ghostbusters from 1–4 PM (don’t cross the streams)
- 📚 Local comic artists Nick Davis & Jason Seaux slinging autographs and artistry
- 🧸 Plushies, Pokémon, Funkos, and comics galore
- 💥 Did we mention free? Because yeah… it’s that kind of party
